Let's be honest!
We all like eating pizza, pasta, chips, ice cream, and other snack foods. We're human, have cravings, and sometimes eat things that aren’t necessarily the healthiest of options. So be it! It's okay! Really! You can still overcome and lose weight. I've done it for 30 years!
I have maintained the same weight for 30 years! I can help you lose your extra weight but more importantly, teach you what to eat to maintain your loss. I also gain a few extra pounds over the holidays, too, but knowing what to eat, I can loose it fairly quickly. When you follow my list of foods and meal options, you can get the same results. It’s not always easy, but it’s doable, and you won’t go broke trying it!

I Had To Find My Way!
When I was in eighth grade, I had no idea my growing years were over! I was pretty bummed once I realized, around 10th grade that I would forever be five foot eight...and a half! I weighed about 170 pounds. I stayed in shaped playing high school sports. I also enjoyed fast food, and not really watching my diet. Here we go....
Fast forward to my college senior year where I had ballooned to about 190 pounds...an extra 20 pounds from poor eating, more partying, and less exercise. At about 22 years of age, I made the change...
I stopped eating fast food for the most part, joined a low cost gym, and made the decision to eat foods that wouldn't be as destructive to my weight. I read a few books, did my research, and 30 years later, STILL WEIGH IN AT 170! It's my bodies happy weight!
